MILLION DOLLAR DAMAGE (Roc. 11.35 a.m.) PHILADELPHIA', February 9. The greatest fire in the history of Philadelphia destroyed 70 buildings and caused damage greatly in excess of 1,000,000d01. A crowd of 30,000 watched the blaze.
