BANGKOK BOMBED. EANGOON, January 25.—A Berlin news agency lias quoted a Bangkok announcement that Thailand has declared war on Great Britain. A heavy force of R.A.E. bombers made a low-level attack on Bangkok on Saturday night, inflicting widespread damage. The power bouse received a direct bit. All our planes returned.
