Just as we brought you the news of the day throughout the year just ending, so now, on the eve of a new year, we, the proprietors, editor, and staff of the ‘Evening Star,’ extend our good wishes. War is raging, but, with all helping to win it, let us hope that 1942 will see peace again in the world.
