ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
CRASH OVER BANK. A motor driver who had been missing on tho journey up the Parapara road since Monday was found dead yesterday, his lorry having crashed over a bank near the 28-mile peg. Ho was Charles Sturzaker, of Aramoho, married, with four sons and six daughters. He left Wanganui on Friday, and was to have returned on Monday. When he did not return inquiries were instituted, and the body was found by a traffic inspector. WOMAN TAKEN TO HOSPITAL. When she was admitted to hospital at 8.50 last night, a woman named Eleanor Falconer, aged 54 years, was apparently suffering from some form of poisoning. She was placed on, the dangerously ill list, and her condition was unchanged this afternoon. She resides at 54 Douglas street, St. Kilda. CHILD INJURED. Suffering from head injuries received through a fall from a bicycle earlier in the day, Gwen Price, aged 10 years, residing -with her parents at 4 Teigumouth street, Abbotsford,_ was admitted to hospital at 9.10 last night.
