SOUTH ISLAND MATCH WON BY J. STODDART There were 19 entries in the 1941 South Island sheet championship, which was held at Green Island on Saturday afternoon. The match was of one round (25 targets). .T. Stoddan fDunedin) won with 21 breaks. E. P. Grahau (Dunedin) and J. Stivcn (Balclutha) both broke 20 targets and shot another round -> i-.reidc the winner of the runner-up trophy. Graham won with 19 breaks. J, Stjvcn broke 13. Other scores were; W. Elliott (italelutha), G. E. Turner fDunedin) 19, 11. Finnic (Ba’clutha), G. Broad (Invert*- fill) 17, C. Wilson (Tawanui) 16, J. R. Poy (Palmerston), A. Robinson (Invercargill) 15. Leask (Lauder) 15yds, H. F. Broad (Invercargill) 12yds, H. Elder (Invercargill) 11yds, and T. Blackler (Invercargill) 11yds all broke 19 and divided fourth money. Other scores were: L. P.
