ON THE JOB. —Not only are the women of Great Britain, who have entered munition factories, receiving engineering instruction, but a section of the W.A.A.F. personnel is now undergoing the intricate training to fit them for the job of flight mechanic, both for engineering and air frames, thus releasing men for other R.A.F. duties. Upper: W.A.A.F.'s checking valve timing. Lower: Having mastered elementary rigging they pass on to the advanced rigging maintainence on a Lysander.
