THE HERRENVOLK?
Night life in Berlin, according to an American observer, is drill and declining. The 11.A.F. finished the operas. Once gay cabarets have closed down or become drab. An exception is the Frascita. This is booming. Chief attraction is the dancing on an elevated stage of a group of nude girls, who appear under the title Gesnnde Erotik—healthy eroticism. The audience consists largely of servicemen and members of the Nazi Party organisation, who go to the show with official encouragement. The Frascita is next door to the Zoo. —Londoner’s Diary in the 1 Evening Standard.’
