SOUTH DUNEDIN SING
With the season of community singing nearing its close, few opportunities remain of attending the South Dunedin sing in the Mayfair Theatre, consequently the attendance next Wednesday should be large. In addition to the singing of old favourites bv the audience, Mr Archie Jones will be heard in more of his popular numbers. As usual, the sing will be under the control of Mr R. McKenzie, with Mr K. Fish as song leader and Miss Myrie Knnl as piani-t.'' All proceeds arc ifor orphanages in Dunedin. A special night
sing will be held in the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall on Saturday, October 11, and some of Dunedin’s leading talent will be featured in the programme.
