TRADE TREATY SIGNED
CANADA AND THF ARGENTINE Press-Association—By Telegraph—CopyrigEl (Reo. 8 a.m.) BUENOS AIRES, - October 3. Canada and Argentina have signed a trade treaty,which -is .the first between Ax’gentiua and a British dominion. It will continue for two years and includes unconditional most-favoured-nation treatment in regard to customs duties, exchange rates, and- exchange of merchandise quotas.
