APPOINTMENTS ANNOUNCED (P.A.) WFLLIXGTOX, October 2. Second Now Zealand Expeditionary Force appointments gazetted to-night include the following;— Lieutenant-colonel T. J. King to be colonel. Brigadier L. M. J.nglis to command the 4th New Zealand Infantry Brigade. Lieutenant-colonel G. B. Parkinson. New Zealand Artillery, to be brigadier. Major S. M. Satterthwaite to be temporary lieutenant-colonel while holding the appointment of assistant adjutant general. The following officers of the 2nd Now Zealand Divisional Cavalry have been detached for special duty to New Zealand;—Major J. F. Potter, Captain, T. O. Wallace, Captain W. R. Pigon, Captain F. W. Horton, Captain J. A. 1). Ritchie, Lieutenant (temporary Captain) A. V. Neal, and Lieutenant H. B. Capanutgian.
