AUCKLAND HARBOUR BOARD DEBENTURES. 3i per cent. SECOND ISSUE £200,000, Under the Act of 1937. ASSETS OVER £6,000,000. SURPLUS OVER LIABILITIES EXCEEDS £3,400,000. The development of the Port of Auckland has been a marked feature of the progress of the Dominion. The moneys now being raised will be utilised principally in the construction of the up-to-date Export Wharf. The Debentures are each £IOO, maturing on September 10, 1971. Interest is payable on March 10 and September 10 each year. Exchange is payable by the Board on the purchase money, the half-yearly interest, and the repayment of principal. Application and remittance of purchase money may bo made to the Treasurer of Ihe Board, P.O. Box 1,259, L, Auckland, C.l. (telephone 32-673).
