VERDICT SET ASIDE
THE O'BBIEH CASE N.S. WALES STATE FULL COURT'S . DECISION SYDNEY, Sept. 29. The State Full Court to-day set aside the verdict of a Supreme Court jury for £7,000 damages awarded against Stuart F. Doyle, picture theatre director, and others described as Biigh Street Holdings Proprietary Ltd. The damages were originally awarded to the former New Zealander, Thomas Alexander O’Brien, who had alleged conspiracy in regard to his ejection from the lease and control of Savoy Theatres, Sydney and Melbourne. The court to-day awarded judgment in favour of the defendants.
