INSPECTOR O'NEILL GOES TO AUCKLAND (P.A.) AUCKLAND, September 16. Promotions and transfers in the Police Force announced to-day include : Sub-inspector D. L. Calwell, Auckland, promoted inspector to take charge of Greymouth district. Inspector D. Scott. Auckland, transferred to New Plymouth in charge of Taranaki district. Senior-sergeant H. J. Joyce, Auckland, promoted sub-inspector to replace Sub-inspector Calwell. Auckland. Inspector D. J. O’Neill, Dunedin, transferred to Auckland to replace Inspector Scott. Sergeant 11. E. M'Gettigan, Auckland, transferred to Whangarei. Sergeant P. Geraglity. transferred from Huntly to Parnell. Sergeant W. J. V. Grainger, transferred from Whangarei to Huntly.
