RETURNS TO ENGLAND IN U.S.A. BOMBER (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 11. (Received May 12, at 11.52 a.m.) The Polish Prime Minister, General Sikorski, returned yesterday to Britain from the United States in one' of the United States ferried across the Atlantic from America to England. AMERICAN AID MR HOOVER'S VIEWS NEW YORK, May 11. (Received May 12, at 1.5 p.m.) Mr Herbert Hoover, in a nationwide broadcast, said he favoured the supply of war materials > to Britain, but was opposed to entry into the war or use of the American Navy. He said America was totally unprepared and the people were not united.
