REDUCTION OF RATE fPnu United Phess Association.] WELLINGTON, April 17. The Postmaster-General, Air Webb, announced to-day that the charge for Press telegrams from Greece to New Zealand lias been reduced from Is 7d a word to 91d. This substantial reduction is the result of negotiations with Cable and Wireless Ltd., the communications company which is mainly concerned, and which will bear the full cost of the reduction in charges.
