ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
MOBGIEL CLUB'S MEETING The annual meeting of the Mosgiel Association Football Club was well attended. Mr A. Ives presided. In moving the adoption of the annual report and balance sheet, the President detailed the activities of the past season, and referred to the winning by the Ciiib of the Fletcher Cup—for the fourth year in succession. The club's record, be said, was one to be proud of. The_ members of the club were also proud of the tact that seven of their players were in the Royal New Zealand Air Force. Congratulations were extended to all members who Had attained to representative honours. Office-bearers for the incoming season were elected as follows; —Patron, Mr W. Goughian; president, Mr A. Ives; vicepresident, Mr J. Campbell; secretary and treasurer, Mr J. Donald; auditor, Mr W. P. Hartstonge; Management Committee— Messrs H. Mills, J. Porter, A. Pauli, R. Steven, R. Clark, and E. Kenriek; delegates to the 0.F.A., Messrs W. MTntosh and J. Porter. The opening, day was fixed for to-morrow.
