THURSDAY, APRIL 17. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) DEFAULT CASES. Judgment, with costs, was entered in tho following undefended cases: Wright, Stephenson, and Co. Ltd. v. W. Gibson £ll 8s (3d, goods supplied ; T. W. Dobbie v. Robert Mowbray, £8 4s (3d, money paid on his behalf; H. C. Urhvin Ltd. v. J. Fuller, £1 IDs 3d, goods supplied ; David Silvorstono v, Ernest F. Hancock, £Q 12s, services rendered ; McDonald and King v. W. Miller, £2, goods supplied; M'Donald and King v. A. Ross (Timani), £1 Is 3d, goods supplied; .1. 11. Milburn v. S. Glover (Invercargill), £22 11s, goods supplied. J UDGMENT SUMMONSES. Wholesale Radio Dealers Ltd. proceeded against Thomas L. Reynolds on a, judgment summons. Defendant was ordered to pay the amount of tho judgment, 8s Co, and costs (8s), forthwith, default, .being fixed at one day’s imprisonment. Robert Butler was proceeded against by T. W. Dobbie, tho amount claimed being £l4 10s. Defendant was ordered to pay tho amount of tho judgment, together with 8s costs, default being fixed at five days’ imprisonment. POSSESSION OF HOUSE. The Trustees, Executors, and Agency Company Ltd. (Mr A. J. Dowling) proceeded against John Milne for arrears of rent (£l4) and possession of a, house ah Company Bay. Defendant, in evidouce, slated ho was separated from his wife, but was residing in the house in question with a woman and her child, which was his. He was drawing social security. The court hold there had been a deliberate imposition, almost criminal, and tho plaintiff company was entitled to possession. Defendant was ordered to give up possession by April 21. while judgment for Gil. together with G 3 os costs, was entered against defendant.
