Dear Sir, Without any prompting and totally unsolicited, this note is to tell you of my deep gratitude for your wonderful restoration of my health. To bo laid up with arthritis for four painful months and then to be perfectly fit and well after only four weeks treatment by you seems incredible. It, however, is a fact.
