At the breakfast tabic lie was relating to In's wife an incident that had occurred at the club the previous night. The chairman had ofi'ered a bonder bar to the member who could stand up and truthfully say that during liis married life he had inner kissed any woman hut his own wife. “ And. would you believe it. Mary, no one stood up!” “ George.” said bis wife, why didn't .'on stand up! J ” “Well.” be replied. “ 1 was going (o, but .1 look so awful in a bowler hat.”
