GERMANS IN SPAIN
TROOPS GROSS FROM FRANCE FIVE SMALL DETACHMENTS NIOW YORK, February 21. (Received February 22. at 1 p.m.) The United Press Madrid correspondent states that German troops marched into Spain to-day. They are reported to consist of five small detachments from the GeFman army of occupation in France. A later message says the small detachments of German troops ■ entered Spain after Senor Suner had accepted a German offer to assist in the reconstruction of • Santander.
