GERMANS CROSSING THE DANUBE CONCENTRATING ON BULGARIAN SIDE LONDON, February 21. (Deceived February 22, at 2 p.m.) The United Press Budapest correspondent says it is reported from Belgrade that German troops are crossing the Danube from Rumania into Bulgaria at 17 points, and are concentrating on the Bulgarian side of the river. It is reported without confirmation that Bulgaria has called up an additional 100,000 troops.
