UNDEFENDED DIVORCE SUITS In the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon,, before His Honour Mr Justice Kennedy, decrees nisi, to be moved or made absolute at the expiration of three months, were granted in the following cases:— Myrtle Agnes Mitchell (Mr B. S. Irwin) v. James Peterson Mitchell (Mr Stevens), on the grounds of a separation agreement. Amy Victoria Easton (Mr Irwin) v. Archibald Easton (Mr Stevens), on the grounds of a separation agreement. The petitioner is to have the interim custody of a child. James Raymond Greene (Mr C. L. Calvert) v. Violet Myrtle Jean Greene (Mr F. C. Dawson), on the grounds of desertion. Marguerite Gladys Smith (Mr J. P. Steven) v. Edward Hartley Smith (Mr. F. IV. M'Elrea), on the grounds of adultery. The petitioner is to have interim custody of the children of the marriage. . Charles Leslie Buddiconi (Mr F. C. Dawson) petitioned against Thora Iris Bnddicom (Mr Fairmaid) on the gronnd= of failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights. His Honour granted a decree for the return of the respondent within 14 day*.
