UNDEFENDED DIVORCE SUITS In the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon,, before His Honour Mr Justice Kennedy, decrees nisi, to be moved or made absolute at the expiration of three months, were granted in the following cases:— Myrtle Agnes Mitchell (Mr B. Charles Leslie Buddiconi (Mr F. C. Dawson) petitioned against Thora Iris Bnddicom (Mr Fairmaid) on the gronnd= of failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights.
