THE CHIEF SCOUT
TO-MORROW'S MEMORIAL SERVICE To-morrow afternoon, at 3 o'clock, a memorial service to Lord BadonPowell, Chief Scout, will be held in the Town Hall. The service will be conducted by the Commissioner, the Key. N. F. Benham, Vicar of Waikonaiti, assisted by the Rev. W. Aden Stovely. Tho mayor, Air A. H. Allen, will road the lesson. Miss Dora Drake will sing the solo, and Dr V. K. Galway will preside at the organ. The Girl Guides and Boy Scouts are to assemble at the Oval at 2 p.m. and proceed to the Town Hall, headed by the Dunedin Highland Pipe Hand, the Salvation Army Band, and the John M'Glashan College Pipe Hand.
