WEIGHT LIMIT SUGGESTION (Pkk United Pukss Association.] WELLINGTON, January 13. The New Zealand Farmers’ Union suggested recently that shipping space could bo saved by increasing tiie present limit of 7001 b for wool dumps. The Minister of Marketing, Mr W, Nash, replying, says the suggestion has already been considered by the Agricultural Department, which took up the matter with the wool appraisers, the president of the Federation of Labour, and the secretary of the Shipowners’ Allotment Commitee, all of whom considered the proposal impracticable.
