Tho amendment applied for is the issue of an additional cab authority under this license, making a total of three. , A PUBLIC MEETING of the Dunedin Metropolitan Licensing Authority will ba held m the Council Chambers, Municipal Chambers, Dunedin, on FRIDAY, the bth December, 1940, at 2,30 p.m., for the purpose of receiving evidence and representations in favour of or against the granting of the aforesaid application from persona who in the opinion of the Licensing Authority, are directly interested. The Secretary (address below) should be advised before Noon on Thursday, the sth December, 1940, of the names and addresses of any proposed witnesses and in what capacity they will give evidence, and any written representations should also be sent to him before that date. ■ R.
