The Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company, London, has declared a final half-yearly dividend on preferred stock of 2] per cent., making 5 per cent, for tho year ended September 30, and on deferred stock 3 per cent., plus a bonus of 2£ per cent., making 7£ per cent, fer the year, both less British income tax. Last year the dividend on deferred stock was 5 per cent., plus a bonus of 1£ per cent., a total of G! s per cent. Principal subsidiaries of the P. and O.
