SMALL FARMS BILL TO PROCEED POSSIBLE PENSION SYSTEM FOR HOME GUARD [From Odr Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, November 26. Despite the strong opposition to the Small Farms Bill, which has developed 1 in the country, the Government proposes to proceed with it when the session is resumed this afternoon. This announcement was made by the Prime Minister at the conclusion of the Government caucus this morning when the sessional legislative programme was discussed. The Prime Minister also stated that another Finance Bill is to be intre duced. It may provide for an extension of the army pension system to the members of the Home Guard'.
