SECOND BALLOT
ORDER THE ' STAR ’ NOW In view of the exceptional demand which will be made for copies of the ‘ Star ’ containing the names of those drawn in the second ballot, which should be published tomorrow evening, it is essential that orders for additional papers be placed in advance. By an arrangement with the Government, unsold copies of newspapers are not now returnable. Delivery boys do not carry spare copies and should not be asked to make casual sales^
