CITIZENS’ FAREWELL GATHERING TUESDAY, sth NOVEMBER The Citizens are cordially invited to be present at the Concert Chamber, Town Hall, at 8 o’clock p.m. on TUESDAY, the sth November inst., for the purpose of according a Farewell to Their, Excellencies the Governor-General and Lady Galway prior to their departure from the Dominion. His Excellency will Inspect a Guard of Honour of Units of the National Reserve in the Octagon, facing the Municipal Chambers, at approximately 7.50 p.m., and then proceed to the Concert Chamber, where His Worship the Mayor (Mr A. H. Allen) will preside and present an illuminated' address and accompanying token on behalf of the citizens. The proceedings will be varied with appropriate musical and vocal items.
