RAILWAY EMPLOYEES’ RESOLUTIONS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —What a crew we have in this country! I refer particularly to the employees of the Kailway AVorkshops, whose almost weekly clamour, after their puny 40 hours’ effort, is “we want,” “ we want,’’ “ we want ” —and all the time our brave young fighter pilots are dying overseas in order that England may be saved, and, incidentally, in order that New Zealand may he made safe for this loud-mouthed “ bunch ” whose only cry is “ gimme,’’ “ gimme,” “ gimme.”—l am, etc., Disgusted.
