WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION Mrs Sonntag presided at an executive meeting of the Otago Women’s Hockey Association on Monday night. The following transfers were granted:— A. Marshall, University to Training College; P. Thomas, Dunedin to Glenross.— It was pointed out that players who wished to change their clubs had first to obtain a clearance from their old club and then apply to the secretary of the association for a transfer. A Selection Committee of three was appointed ns follows;—Mrs Wilson, Messrs Wallace and Miller. Mr M’Leod was again appointed B grade selector, and Miss Warburton C grade. It, was decided to ask A grade clubs to paint their shin pads to correspond with the brightest colour in their uniforms to assist referees in distinguishing the various players.
