TWO ARRESTS AT AUCKLAND [Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, February 14. Two more German nationals living in Auckland were arrested to-night by detectives and handed over to the military authorities, who had made arrangements for their despatch to Wellington, where they will be interned on Somes Island. The two men apprehended are both single and about 35 years of age. Both are said to have an expert knowledge of radio and have been in the Auckland district for about 12 months. Since the outbreak of war nine Germans, all men, have been taken into custody in Auckland. The warrant executed to-day was issued by the Attorney-General (Mr Mason) in accordance with the alien control emergency regulations, which came into force a few days after the outbreak of war on September 3. The regulations state in effect that an alien may bo taken into custody if his liberty is a source of public danger, if be is disaffected. and if he has acted or is about to net iu a manner injurious to .the pubbc safety or Ibe interests of the King.
