MORNINGTON RATEPAYERS
The first meeting of the recentlyformed Morning Ratepayers and Householders’ Association was held yesterday and was presided over by Mr A. S. Cayzer. It was decided that membership cards be printed and arrangement# made to canvass the district for members. The question of the dangerous bottle neck on the corner of Elgin* road and. Maryhill Terrace came up for discussion, and the executive inspected the site. It was decided to draw the attention of the Dunedin City Corporation to this danger spot and ask that rectifying be remembered in the next estimates. . It was decided in the meantime to hold fortnightly meetings.
