DUNEDIN CENTENNIAL WEEK
Celebrations in connection with the Centennial of New Zealand arc to take place throughout the city from February 17 to 24. A full list of the main attractions in Dunedin Centennial Week appears in this issue. The highlight of the local celebrations is “ Schools Day,” when the 10,000 school children of the city and surrounding districts will spend a nover-to-bc-forgottcii day at Wingatui. A request has been issued by the mayor (Mr A. H. Allen) that “ Schools Day.” February 20. should be observed bv all as a whole holiday.
