—Ministerial.— The mayor. (Mr A. H. Allen) has been advised by the Minister of Public Works (Hon. R. SempleV that he will arrive in Dunedin on Friday night, leaving again the following morning and returning hero on Monday. Ha leaves for the north on Wednesday next.
