TERRITORIAL ASSOCIATION
EXECUTIVE MEETING An executive meeting was held! on Monday in the Otago Officers’ Club, Colonel Fulton being in the chair. The Chairman referred to the passing of Colonel Newman. Wilson, and to the active interest he had taken in the association. A motion of' sympathy was passed. The Chairman welcomed Major Moore in tho place of Lieutenantcolonel Bongard. . , , Tlie Secretary explained that the alteration of the place of meeting was really at the invitation; of the territorial Force. The members of the Officers’ Club felt that closer co-operation would result, and be beneficial to the forces. It was moved by the Chairman and seconded by > Mr Malcolm Stewart, that a vote of thanks be sent to the club, also that a letter of appreciation be forwarded to Mr Jas. Douglas and Scottish societies for their valuable support and use of their board room. , x The credit balance showed! the association to be in a sound financial positloColouel Fulton stated he would be visiting tho troops in camp at Cave, and that representatives had been nivited to visit the forthcoming military camp at Sutton. It was decided to purchase a batetry wireless set for Sutton camp, and to approach the Y.M.C.A. regarding the provision of camp amenities.
