MATCHES ABANDONED LONDON, February 3. For the first time since league Soccer was organised in 1889, the weather brought the game to a standstill throughout the country. Of the 50 matches making up to-day’s programme only one —Plymouth Argyle v. Bristol City—was played. The Rugby League programme was entirely abandoned.
on Saturday afternoon under somewhat boisterous conditions, was won by H. J. Rackley, 81—10—71, while F. W. Dixon 70—4—72, P. Sherrill' 82—10— 72. and H. Ramsay 84—12—72, tied for second place. A. G.
