REASON FOR LEAVING ROME Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, December 15. (Received December 16, at 2 p.m.) The Rome correspondent says M. Gorelkin returned to Moscow because Italy rejected the conditions which he sought to impose for the presentation of his credentials. M. Gorelkin considered that he was snubbed and will probably not return. [A previous message stated: The new Soviet Ambassador (M. Gorelkin) has left for Moscow. No reaspn was given. The British United Press reports that the Italian Ambassador in Moscow is shortly returning to Rome to receive instructions on Italian-Soviet relations.]
