They had had a visit from their commissioner (Mrs,Pringle) during tile year, and she had performed! the enrolment ceremony for four new Guides and three Lone Guides* one of whom was made leader of her company. The President’s report for the year stated that the work of the Guides had been carried on as successfully ai in former years, but unfortunately the number of Guides bad fallen considerably. It was a pity a little more enthusiasm could not he shown by the parents when the children had) an opportunity to benefit by such instruction, Mrs Moore had ably carried out her duties as captain, and it must be very disheartening to her that the numbers were so small. The attendance at the Anzac service was good, and the girls were to be commended upon their appearance in uniform.
