ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
HAND CAUGHT IN MACHINE. When his hand* was caught in a machine on which he was working at the Otago Chair Factory, William Pert, of 24a Sotting street, Opoho, suffered lacerations to two fingers, and was admitted to the Dunedin Hospital at 1.30 this afternoon.
