SUSPENSION OF HAKO AND SABIN NEW YORK, December 6. The suspension of Mako and Sabin is temporary, pending final executive action on February 9. Both players .are accused of violating the regulations, by first, receiving living and other expenses from tennis organisations -for. over eight weeks in 1939; secou..y, receiving travelling expenses in exces« of amounts the association approvec. The chairman, Mr Louis J. Carrm thers, said the association had not previously decreed temporary suspension. Tildon and others were suspended permanently, but authority was granted in February to suspend players tern-, porarily.
