PEACE WITH SECURITY
FRENCH OBJECTIVE DEFINED PARIS, November 30. In a speech in which he outlined France’s war aims, the Prime Minister (M. Daladier) said that peace must be based on definite guarantees, which must be extended to all the free nations of Europe. “We want peace with security, but first of all we must win the war. That is our object at present.”
