The fortnightly meeting of Court Enterprise was held in when C.ll. Bro. Watson presided over .a good attendance. An invitation from Court Woodland’s Pride for November 27 was accepted. Bro. 0. llawo reported, on the visit to Court Pride of Dunedin. P.C.R. Bro. Brettel reported on the meeting of the Syllabus , Committee, and stated that everything was very satisfactory, and that, all officers were re-elected. He then read the?:syllabus he had drawn' up and . was accorded a vote of thanks for the trouble ( he had taken. ' An invitation was extended- to all courts for thte sext meeting, which would ffe the’Cloßiugv#ocial. - One candidate Was 'initiated, r, At the close of the meeting a number„of visitors were admttedito Bro. Brettell’s progressive euchre evening. The, women’s first and booby prizes were won by members or Court King Edward’s Pride, and the men’s first and booby by P-C.R. Bro. Sandom. of Court Pride of .Leith and S.O.R. Bro. Benfell, of Court Enterprise respectively. ' ■ .
