TWO PROCLAMATIONS OFFENCES AGAINST THE STATE ACT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright DUBLIN, August 23. Two proclamations issued by the Eire Government yesterday under the Offences Against the State Act, give the Government power to establish military and civil courts with juries for the trial of persons connected with treasonable activities, and enable the Government to intern suspects without trial.
