The Railway Department advertises in this issue particulars of running of a fast passenger train leaving Dunedin for Christchurch at 11.57 a.in. on August 26, and the 12.25 p.m. Christchurch-Dunedin mail train will run on September 2. The United Starr-Bowket Building Society will dispose of £2,000 by sale in groups Nos. 8 and 9 this evening.
