TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —It has remained a mystery to me for the past 12 months where land agents have got their “ buyers ” from. In to-night’s issue of the ‘ Star ’ a reporter apparently has ferreted out an agent who has a sore head through looking for suitable property, I have B’ 1 my superior property in the of various land agents who advertise Pan army of buyers waiting ” for the past year, with the usual result—nothing. Lead me, then, to the agent who can really sell a house and get a good deposit and I shall be eternally grateful.—l am, etc., S. B. Sinclair. August 24.
