PIONEER WOMEN

THE MEMORIAL PROJECT At a meeting of the Pioneer Women’s Memorial Association last week a report of its activities to date was presented by the president (Dr M‘Kiu- , non), and it was decided that the report be typed and copies sent to the secretaries of the 35 societies represented, so that all members of the societies might be kept informed of progress. A vote of thanks was accorded those organisations and Women’s Institutes which had given donations obtained through some special effort, such as a ■ dance, bridge party, or “ bring and buy ” sale.
