FORESTERS
The fortnightly meeting; of Court Woodland’s Pride was held in the court room on Monday last, all officers being present and Sister A. Rush occupying the chair. Invitations were received from the following-Court Pride of the Leith to the annual Scotch evening on Wednesday, 23rd inst; King Edward’s Pride to 32nd anniversary on Thursday, 24th; Court Littlejohn to an old-time dance on Tuesday, 29th; and Court Enterprise to P..0.R. Bro. and Mrs Patton’s evening on Tuesday, 29th. The chief ranger, assisted by the S.C.R, and officers, initiated one new member into the court. _ After the meeting the court entertained members of the Druids’ order, of whom there was a good 'attendance. The evening was spent in dancing to music supplied by Sister Clayton.
