Mr Walter Nash left Victoria Station to join the Queen Mary, and will pick up the Mariposa on August 15. Among those who bade him farewell ' were the Hon. F. Langstone, Mr W. J. Jordan, Admiral Bromley (representing Sir Thomas Inskip), Sir Alfred Harding, Lord Balfour (representing the National Bank), and representatives of New Zealand banking interests,; Mr Nash has not decided whether h« will visit Washington and Canada.
