One million men of the standing army are participating in celebrations throughout Germany on the twentyfifth anniversary of the outbreak of the World War. (Received August 3, at 1.30 p.m.) The King of Italy, Italian, German, and Spanish generals watched the army manoeuvres, while Signor Mussolini roared overhead piloting his own bomber.
